When most Chinese couriers return home for the upcoming Spring Festival, foreign students in China take up their place and continue the express delivery. About 20 of them have participated in work in Shanghai, and Wen Long and Jana are among them. Wen is from Spain and has been in Shanghai for five years. He studies economy in Tongji University and speaks very good Chinese. And Jana is from Russia. She arrives in Shanghai for winter work from central China’s Wuhan City where she is a student. They start the work by sorting out their parcels at the delivery point in the morning. "I know all the addresses in Shanghai. I know better about Puxi, and also Pudong,” said Wen. "Because of the job, I meet a lot of people. And they will stare, and say ‘foreign guy, wow’,” he added. Jana s...

Learn how I made a killing teaching ESL abroad and retired early. http://benteachesenglishoverseas.com Add Me On Facebook: http://facebook.com/benteachesenglishoverseas This is a question that I've gotten since I very first started teaching. I honestly don't like discussing these topics because I am a huge proponent of embracing diversity and I try to find common ground with everyone I meet. That said, I'm not naive and don't believe simply not discussing this will make it disappear. In this video, I give you my $.02 on hiring basis, racism, discrimination, and more.
Why Teaching English In China Is Becoming A Lost Cause - The Ugly Truth. I often heard of the stories about teaching English abroad from those who done it before for multiple years. One thing is for sure the majority of people come to the conclusion the job itself can be toxic and not worthwhile as it may have been long ago. It can be noted, it might start off fun and exciting but then turn into toxic situation to deal with. Furthermore the position can be seen as one big joke not really meeting the goals intended for students to speak understandable English. No more pretty lies, it's time for the faithful, free setting, ugly truth about the ESL Industry in China and abroad. There are plenty of disgruntled Laowai and veteran expats that can put in their 2 cents on this video topic. Plent...

My trip to Wuhan. One thing that was really amazing in this trip was the Ship performance (知音号) It was indeed an eye opener. Why was it amazing? Cause the moment you step on board, you become a part of the performance. The ship is filled with actors all around each corner and spaces. You can walk freely, interact with them and have fun! If you want to know where you should go or have questions, comment down below! I'm trying to improve!

On the Princess Elaine of China Regal Cruises we head upriver the Yangtze River towards Gezhouba Dam. Particularly impressive is how much of the work is done by hand, such as loading and unloading the ships. Heavy machinery is only seldom seen. It quickly becomes clear what great amounts of sand and clay are transported from the Yangtze into valley areas. And this occurs in a region that is almost perfectly flat. There is only a 192 m difference in altitude along the 2400 km stretch between Shanghai and Chongqing. However, travel by ship is often a better alternative to road travel, even for trucks. The trip from Wuhan to the Three Gorges Dam costs around 00 Euros, including meals and sleeping accommodations. ..... please read more: https://blog.myvideomedia.com Auf der Princess Elain...

These videos are filmed while riding an ebike on the streets of Wuhan, a fast growing Chinese city with a population of almost 10 million. Due to the limited range of the bike, all videos are shot in Wuchang near the Guanggu Square. Many of Wuhan's University are located in this area, also some beautiful lakes can be found here. Compered to the quite developed and clean City center in Hankou, Wuchang has a lot of constructions and some of the streets are a real challenge to drive. Till now, every video was shot with a Xiaomi Yi Cam 4k action camera, the newer videos without waterproof case to increase the picture quality. Also I uesed different external audio devices to get rid of the wind noise.
If you've got money to burn on packaged tours - that's great. However, many of us try to stretch every penny when traveling abroad, so that we can keep traveling! A great way to save in Xian, China is to take public transportation to see the Terracotta Warriors. Follow my easy directions and do it "Tour-less" to save 50% or more off the cost for two people! ****EXTRA TIP**** You buy your bus ticket AFTER YOU GET ON THE BUS! Get in line, get a seat when it's your turn and after the bus takes off someone will come around and collect the fare.
The banks of the Yangtze River are dominated by the huge landing stages for cruise ships before modern backdrop of the 7-million metropolis of Wuhan. The ship's own orchestra of the Princess Elaine greets the passengers with music. During our journey will we discover the all-rounders of the crew members. The ships cast off near the spot where Mao swam across the Yangtze in 1966. We took a suite with separate living and sleeping areas, bathroom and a small kitchen, since we stayed on this ship almost a week. With the whole film equipment it would have got a little narrow in the normal cabins. ..... please read more: https://blog.myvideomedia.com Das Ufer des Jangtse wird von den riesigen Landungsbrücken für die Kreuzfahrtschiffe vor der modernen Kulisse der 7-Millionen-Metropole dominie...
